Just checked the bank account - I paid for my season ticket on the 26th March last year, so its definitely not just my imagination that the details for the upcoming season ticket renewals are late.

My purchase experience was pretty straightforward & painless too - Logged in around 09.45, held in a queue till 10.00, informed that there were 2000 (ish) in front of me, but by 10.10 I had chosen my seat / ticket , paid for it & the receipt was in my inbox -

When you have chosen your seat / ticket & are at the checkout section its offered to you in a drop down box as an option.

I looked at it but figured I would screenshot the digital version, or take a pic of whatever they send out - Maybe I am just a cheapskate -
