Eze to spurs?

If he takes the Spurs offer he has been badly advised, Spurs are poor, will not get through the group stage in Europe, will not finish above us, and will not win any domestic cups, and Parish, who i like, is making a complete pigs ear of the transfer window, so far, more concentration on players, less on the F******* Europa league, there's me thinking the end of the release clause was a good thing, how wrong it seems i am

I'm just guessing the missus is pulling the strings here. All fine, then married and all not fine.

Apart from the fee? That's alright then.
Romano is bigging this up on Twitter. But, with two years on his contract, I'd be very surprised if Palace sold him for £55m + add-ons. As OG said yesterday, don't believe everything you read. Also, Romano's stock has slumped this window in terms of accuracy.

Romano is nothing more than a parasitic c*** and a charlatan my friend.
That bloke trawls all the clickbait he can read in a day then repeats it.
As I say, a useless lantern jawed schister of the highest order.

Parish does seem to stick to his guns on what he wants. He didn't buckle when Newcastle came for Guehi, he convinced Olise to stay on for a season after Chelsea tried to buy him, he got £50m for AWB and around £30m for Andersen. I trust that if he agrees a deal to sell Eze it will be at a price that he deems is right for the club. I certainly don't expect him to roll over to get a deal done. As he showed with Zaha, the club's interests always come first. What is vital is that we have deals on a replacement or two in place before he leaves. It sounds like we may be struggling with that.

As it is, I don't think a deal is as close as the media are trying to suggest. If Eze is desperate to leave, and a deal doesn't happen, then he'll just have to dry his eyes with that 120k per week the club are paying him. Personally, if he stays, I think he'll just knuckle down and get on with it. He doesn't seem like a drama queen.

And that's just what his friends call him 🤣

Unless there is something not known Palace have no need to sell Eze, let alone at a bargain price, Levy , doesn’t like to break the bank, so it’s probably all talk.

England place up for grabs, so would put in a good shift even if he stays.

It really does feel like we need to sell before we buy and that we expected to sell either/and Eze or Guehi this summer. With noone materialising, we have to make a decision to either stick with what we've got, or get some money in so we can buy. But that sounds mental. didn't think we were in that situation.

Also, what type of message does it send; set a Release Clause to expire a week before the season starts, effectively saying: "He's not for sale after that date, unless you make a silly offer", only to sell him for less than the clause amount afterwards. Makes no sense.

I would be sad but not surprised in fact if Parish did sell Ebs.
Why? Damage limitation. If we don't sell Guehi now (and it doesn't look like there are any buyers) then we lose both of them next season. We can only really afford to lose one at a time.
In other words, one ovv'emz gotta go
