Palace potentially denied entry to Europa League?

Right.
We qualified for the Europa. UEFA deemed that we were in MCO so demoted us to the Conference.
We appealed to CAS. Our appeal was rejected. We issued a statement today saying we were hard done by. CAS then responded saying we had every chance at the appeal to object to the CAS method of hearing appeals, we did not do so.
It is unquestionable that we have been treated unfairly and been denied our rightful Europa qualification but time to call it a day.
Can we not now accept the position, move on and try to qualify in the two legged play off to get into the main Conference League?
I sincerely hope the club doesn't get silly and sue UEFA (or the CAS) for damages. We have reached the end of the road in this saga.

If I were EM, I'd be consulting my lawyers over some of the nonsense that people have pulled out of their backsides in this thread alone. I'd definitely be asking Parrish to back up some of his intimation.
After a good lunch, and checking hotel availability for the 2026 Europe League final, naturally.
Truth is the people at fault are Textor and Palace's email admins. Not Palace fans, and certainly not Forest or Forest fans.

Simply to point out the irony/folly of another of your members sending a view on how to appeal the CAS decision to the very email address that club openly admits it failed to monitor, so missed the MCO instruction and got itself into this situation in the first place.

So why did UEFA not allow Palace access to the communications between the relevant parties, which I assume would include your owners request to UEFA about Palace’s inclusion in the Europa League?
Why are Palace held to a 1st March date when Lyon had until 9th July?
Why did Forest not manage to hang onto their Champions League position - was it because your owner had moved aside so couldn’t influence the club?
I have nothing against Forest fans; just your owner and UEFA for what to us seems to be a bizarre case of double standards.

It should be on the screens at the Forest match for the entire game, with it being read out over the tannoy both before the match and half time where we can have a goal set up with a goalkeeper in a blow up suit resembling Marinakis and everyone just gets to blast balls at him until he is deflated.

It was reported as the info@ address. It was info UEFA were supplying. There's no way Palace were ever going to win anything if that is their argument. If whoever saw the email did not understand its importance, the set-up at the club is inadequate. The buck stops with Parish

Nobody has confirmed what info was in the email or the date it was sent to Palace. It’s kind of difficult to make any judgement on that aspect without knowing this.

as I said earlier im waiting to see CAS full transcript of there reasons , Palace have by the sound of it , but need to hold it close before opening to the public , so were back to the OB with speculation what has been said

I suspect SP would welcome another day in court but I doubt UEFA would want it.
