Palace potentially denied entry to Europa League?

Someone said up the thread that EUFA are stuck with well intended but poorly drafted rules. Sometimes lower courts here deal with bad law by giving permission to appeal in order to force a change of law when the appellate court reverses the obviously crap decision they were compelled to make.

I hope so.

However if the Woody sale completes by the time the Appeal is heard CAS may cop out and rule based on change of circumstances.

That would work for us I guess. But bad rules remain.

Or his billions are more than uefa have

If the CAS appeal fails, hopefully karmic retribution will win through and Palace win the Conference League, securing Europa League football again next season, while Forest crash out in the League Phase and finish midtable in the PL. England has won 50% of all editions of the Conference League and Glasner has won European titles before. Odds are in our favour.

Forest have lost Elanga, and Gibbs-White will be off too. Major blows, like us losing Sarr and Ebs

Steve Parish on his Sky interview has said that they are 'considering' an appeal to CAS, it is not gospel yet.

Sky are reporting that it's happening. I think we should sue for damages in the civil courts too. If we spent a million on lawyers it would be worth it, we won't just gob off like the fat greek, we get it done a la Pulis.
