Labour Party politics

Many voters prefer Corbyn to Starmer's repressive regime, and many particularly palestine supporters have nowhere to go.

You could now actually be arrested for having a Palestine flag, or be casually arrested and detained in 97% of cases released without charge.

This is not limited to Gaza.

More people voted Corbyn in 2019 than Starmer in 2024, it is solely due to Britain's barmy voting system that he is in power.

Authoritarian and right wing, hardly what moderate voters or the left wanted.

Not a man or government of the people.

New parties rarely get off the ground, but at least can provide some fresh air.

😎

Only a complete prat votes on the basis of a foreign policy. Corbyn hates the Jew and is friends with known terrorist groups, so I can see why you like him

No, that would actually be genocide, although technically they don't qualify because they aren't a unique ethnicity, nation or religion.

Where are you arrested for a Palestine flag? I think you'll find an Hamas flag rather than Palestine flag.

Once in effect, supporting Palestine Action will become a criminal offence, with membership or expressing support for the direct action group punishable by up to 14 years in prison.

The Home Secretary saying that this does not effect peaceful protest, is nonsensical.
support can mean anything you're not going to want to test it, are you.

I didn't vote for them, I suspected stuff like this from Starmer.

Good. I hope some do get banged up.

These kids were told a degree would improve their employment prospects - holding them responsible for the fact they were missold on that seems incredibly unfair.

It’s all well and good saying everyone should have done apprenticeships and jobs training, but speaking first hand, the advice for any young person was and is to pursue higher education if you want to achieve anything. The fact that I now know that to be nonsense obviously didn’t help me make a decision at 17 years old.

No one is putting themselves £50k in debt for a laugh.
And the first wave realised it didn’t and years later, even with the news from the first wave about said uselessness they still go to uni to study these crap subjects.
Can’t they fecking read? So yes I do blame them totally now. We are in the 5th or 6 th group of students not even the 2nd who might have missed the truth. You can’t defend stupid.

Yep, everyone knows that when you're 17 you aren't the full package and if you get the wrong advice you can seriously feck up.....We all have done it and some fecks ups are more serious than others, like getting in big debt.

Bad advice is rife in the system....ideology often overrules common sense and many young people are gaslight about their skills....and what the reality is in the cut throat marketplace.

Blair went big on this idea that getting half the youth into university was a great idea.....it made sense on a superficial level but in reality you mostly ended up with average Karens doing make busy jobs thinking they were indispensable.

It was the same mistake they made when they changed what an 'A' grade meant....So they could be more inclusive....Instead of making it the top ten or so percent regardless they made an 'A' some standard that they could lower if they wished...So in theory everybody could get an A.......Errrr....No....but common sense left with the passing of the generations.

Again, it's empathy, but it results in faulty outcomes that don't reflect reality and in many cases just end up hurting the people they think they are helping.

University for all isn't a bad concept (the open university was one of the best things Wilson did) but when it comes to the smartest people, they need exclusive provision that reflects the reality that steel sharpens steel......Maybe if this had been done, instead of the left being allowed to ruin the system....and yes, it was never 'fair'.....then the downgrade in our elites wouldn't be so horribly realised.

Please please please post on here what you really believe..... you would doubtless be protected by a muslim gang in B wing

If the jew haters in parliament , Corbyn, Sultana and the rest actually form a recognised party they will be entitled to Short Money from the public purse, just think about that for a minute.

Sorry but when you damage national defence assets that cost tens of millions this is the very least they should expect.....bit pointless to me as they can just recreate under another name with a bit different language.

If you had cost the state tens of millions in national defence I'd be locking you up......Most countries would be the same. It wouldn't matter if you were left, right or indifferent.
