Eze to spurs?

Really??😳 I know they’re not awash with money up there, but this day and age that’s unbelievable!!
It's a different world alright. The 7th highest transfer fee ever in Scotland is from when we bought Eduoard.
The highest paid player is Callum McGregor at Celtic who's on £37,000 p/w and only one other player is on more than £20,000.

I understand what you are saying, but, i think the problem is the quality of the LB, a left footer balances the team better, imo, i remember Sarrs goal when playing on the left, cut in and curled it into the bottom RH corner.

V arsenal?

that was one goal though. He scored 11 others from the right/drifting into the centre.

It’s a bit concerning that Saudi clubs now showing an interest in Martinelli. Added to the fact that Nico Williams has now signed a new 10 year contract with his club too so Arsenal won’t be able to sign him.

This is all pointing towards Eze going to Arsenal I’m fraid to say.

If Arsenal meet the release clause in full, I won't be too disappointed. Yes, we want to keep our stars but in this league we simply aren't big enough or wealthy enough to do that.

In many ways, Eze going now is perfect as his final months with us saw him at his best peaking with his goals in the two Wembley games and in our first win at the TH stadium etc.

As long as we use the money well we will have a stronger 1st team squad next season.

Typical Tottenham. Lose interest because we want a release clause to be met and won't accept their low ball offer. Good.

I know this is click bait but so typical Daniel Levy. I remember an agent bring them interviewed once who said of Levy that he always wants to but at bargain basement prices and sell at top dollar.

Well, we owe Spurs nothing so what planet he is on to think we would sell at under the release clause.

If anything £68m is slightly on the cheap side.
