The bbc, again.

Social conservatives should be allowed an opt out of the BBC license fee if only because it doesn't employ any social conservatives.....which as Reform polling shows is a significant part of the country.

An example of huge levels of socially liberal bias:

Social Conservative. That's a new one lol. Like National Socialist I guess, but that got a bad rap

It’s how they describe themselves. Nobody us does! Just as they describe anyone with the slightest actual social responsibility as a “commie”.

It’s self induced delusion!
Says the masked 'One Nation Tory'.

Nothing masked about me!

I have been very open about my past voting record, my dislike of the hard right wing of the Tory Party and my belief it needs to occupy the centre to stand a chance of recovery.

I supported Macmillan, Heath, Heseltine and Clarke. They are less obvious today under Badenoch, as the Tories think they need to imitate Reform, but they are still there.

Anyone who supported Heath should be removed from the electoral roll on the grounds of mental incompetence.

Dude, you don't know what a social conservative is from a National Socialist?

Perhaps you should just stick to the football stuff.

I know what a national socialist is, and how it was corrupted from what it is by Hitler. Don't worry, I think that true national socialism is fine if you took it literally. I just find it funny how it can't be used

My view of national socialism is that it's a form of fascism specific to 20s-40s Germany.

The issues facing the right in modern day Britain don't require any references to Hitler. Indeed those who fought Hitler in Europe would have more in common with the needs of the right today and hold more of their views than a social darwinist like Hitler who wanted to physically eliminate communism and Jews and other minority groups.

He would have voted Remain though....Seeing as he wanted a united Europe ruled by Germany.

In a way he got some of what he wanted.

Do you admit then that the 70s debacles WERE because of the Tories. Great.
Because of all political parties - and the Unions. (Was Heath really a Tory? Was Wilson really a Socialist?)

for certain Hitler WAS a monster and a madman. Everybody knows that. What is perhaps irritating is how few people seem to be equivalently indoctrinated into what a monster Stalin also was.

Whenever anybody veers a bit to the Right, our Elites love to wave the Hitler puppet. In order to put everybody back into their box. How rarely the other Meme, Stalin is carted out ?

Our TV channels seem to be awash with constant Hitler stories. Yet so many other monsters barely get a look in. Clovis, Charlemagne, Tamberlain, Pol Pot, Chairman Mao........ all seem to only get a scant coverage. Why is that ?

Steeleye would argue that Stalin, Pol Pot and Mao meant well as they were building the Communist Utopia while opposing the Wicked West.
Wisbech will say one can't jump to conclusions without knowing all the facts and defending those who took decisions they believed correct at the time they took them, with the knowledge they then possessed, doesn’t mean endorsing anything that might, or might not, have resulted as a consequence.

😂

BBC - Bully Boy (or is that girl or whatever) Corporation.

2 people facing bullying accusations on breakfast TV.

The culture of letting stars* get away with appalling behaviour stinks. I appreciate that the BBC is taking action but it just shows that it is a culture which is going to take the beeb a long time to get rid of.

*This is the problem apparently most people who work at the BBC are stars, actually they are not. I would say the only ones who can claim that title were Lineker (gone because of ego) and Graham Norton. Everyone else might be recognisable but that is not the same thing. The BBC needs to cut this lot down to size they are not special and the corporation will continue as is if they leave.

The genius writer behind Father Ted accused Norton of being a bully and getting him cancelled. With some justification.

She probably wants a pay off for nothing. It's the best organisation in the world to carry out gross misconduct, or even serious crime and get paid to leave. Who can blame her? Literal Paedos got in on the act, why shouldn't she?

Remember the 'Tianemen Square massacre'.

It never happened.

It's just that the BBC were actually there and reporting that it did.

It's now being re-written and fading away, no memorials, of course I totally believed that was what I was watching, can't trust sanything now.

Here you go steeleye, took me ages to dig it out and didn't come out in searches easily. Went through my books that the missus was bringing to charity and found it. She's always throwing my stuff away, but funnily enough never her stuff.
