We'd go to the Conference league but still a huge blow

There is some more posts on this on the Textor ownership thread with good information

My clutching at straws is that this has been foreseen and they have set up Textor's level of control (voting rights) so it falls below the level set by UEFA. That feels more likely than PSG losing out to Reims
 
Well, good motivation for Textor to f*** off as soon as possible then isn't it! As usual, Steve Parish completely bang on in his distrust for group ownership.

I think we'll be alright, feel like it's minor enough that we'll find a way round it. If not, hopefully the year of the underdog continues and Reims beat PSG or Lyon get banned from Europe.

From the sounds of it we were stitched up for European qualification in the early 90s, surely not again.
 
According to ‘copilot’ it will be ok as he doesn’t have outright control of both clubs. ‘There is no specific rule from UEFA that outright bans clubs with the same owner from participating in the same competition. Uefas regulations focus on ensuring no individual has control or decisive influence over more than one club participating in a uefa competition…
