Summer Transfers 2025 (rumours and incomings)

I suppose its how you look at it. Imray has been playing regularly for Bromley, whereas Kporha has has a handful of appearances, but basically bench warms.

The U21s are playing their play-off semi final tonight v Soton, be interesting to see if him, Esse & Franca get given a run out.
Imray is also 3 years older though, and will be 22 by the time the next season starts - there aren't many players who haven't played above the 4th tier by their 22nd birthday who go on to be Premier League players. Not impossible, but very unlikely in my opinion.

Kporha is only 18, nearly 19 - he has significantly more room for development, regardless of who is ahead now.

I think we'll sell Imray this summer.

Yes, that is a probability, Kporha is younger, but, imo, is not as 'dynamic' as Imray. Again, imo, Imray is more like Munoz, which, if OG stays, will be the natural successor. Munoz is one of 4 players we could lose/sell this summer.

That's a cheery thought, are you the new Willo 🤣

Only signed a new deal a month ago. Unless someone bids silly money, he's not going anywhere.

Football Insider has click-baited half our playing and coaching staff away.

My guess. 3 in - 1 out... plus a couple of releases.

And Glasner and his team will stay to steer us to Europa success and a top half finish.

I think we will lose eze and guehi but we already have replacements lined up.

Its hard to disagree with this.

If they are even close from a development perspective, you keep the 19yo all day long.

If Eze does decide to leave, I'd like to see him join Bayern and link up with Olise again.

Watching them together would ease the pain somewhat, and he wouldn't be a headache for us twice a year.

Today's story is that Man City is to submit a bid a for Eze ' directly after the FA Cup final.'

What, while Eze is on the podium sporting his winner's medal and MOM trophy?

I expect more of these stories in relation to Wharton and possibly Munoz leading up to the final - possibly designed to unsettle the players.

The strange thing is that Guehi is never linked with City and I would argue he is the one of our players they need most.
Consistent, ultra professional, rarely injured and a footballing centre back who would suit their style.
They've had so many problems at centre back this season if I was City then Guehi would be my priority target.

I would say to Eze, Jack Grealish.

There isn't a chance we sell Munoz and don't sign a replacement - Imray, whilst impressive, has played less than 20 games in League Two. There is no world where he is the replacement for one of the best RBs in the Premier League.

So the Pep’s gamesmanship has begun. Absolutely no reason for this to have come out in the press today, unless planted by City. They are linked with AC Milan midfielder Perhaps they are worried

OG should respond by saying we don't want any of their players.
