I did both mate. Logged in as my son and Assigned one of the two tickets i’d selected to me, but my membership had expired or something. So i renewed it for £25 but apparently as i only renewed it today i cant get tickets for the semi’My son can,but can only get one,but he’s only 7. Im not sure what to do🙁

If the remaining tickets are put into a phase 4, and that is for st holders to buy an extra one, would this be able to be given to a person Not on f&f list? If so, do you leave it as unassigned when buying? It presumably would then have the purchasers name on it, would this cause issues?

Try calling the box office - you might have renewed after the cut off date but if you have a purchase history they might sort something out for you - there's loads of tickets left up in the higher levels
I called the box office yesterday and they weren’t budging. They were quite rude to be honest. I have a purchase history and have been a fan for 35 years. I said my son was 7 and the website says under 14’s must be accompanied,so assumed i could het a ticket as his parent…..
I guess you add the client ref to the friend and family list. That person can then assign and pay for the ticket. The person you added would then email you the ticket…..

Can anyone tell me how I go about trying to get Coach tickets? I already have match tickets but did not think about coach tickets at the time. Cant get through to the box office (surprise surprise) and cant see any way of booking online. Any help would be appreciated

There's still between 3 and 4 thousand left by the look of it plus returns or tickets unused in the sponsors/players families, corporates area. I don't really see what the delay is as people buying additional tickets will have plans to make. You'd hope for an announcement this evening.

Announcement made by the club earlier today.2 additional tickets for ST holders and Gold members from tomorrow. No hope for those with a booking history such as myself 😭
