I'm going for a nervy 2-1.

Haven't seen anything about an OG presser(unless i missed it), but, clickbait suggesting Richards won't be risked as he's not 100%. With Hughes back, Lerma could drop into the back 3, Thoughts?

Edit: just seen SSN bit with OG & yes, Richards is out.

Makes sense. Brighton will have seen how Clyne and Munoz got nowhere near stopping the goal and Welbeck is still pretty good in the air
Apparently, Palace have not done the double over them for 93 years. Anyone remember that?
Wharton needs to play better, particular with his tackling. Hpefully, Hughes back will help him.He has also looked as miserable as sin in the past two games

No doubt a very close game, result could go either way.
Noting our good form, going for a narrow 2-1 home win to complete a very rare double.

3:1 - We will be up for it after miss firing a bit at Southampton

(1;1 at halftime but we come out for the second half strong, make key substitutions & really open the gap between the 2 teams)

If we start fast and get after them I think we'll win maybe 2-0 or 2-1. If we sit back, let them have too much of the ball and let them get into their groove we could draw or even lose this one.

I'm going for an optimistic 2-1

Difficult one. Depends on who turns up. We were abysmal on Wednesday and the opposition lost 3-0.

I expect both to play better, but we have fitness issues with Hughes, Mateta and possibly Richards so that could be a problem.

A draw.

I wasn't sanguine about the Southampton game and after seeing the 30 min Sky highlights
I am even less confident about this one. Even a below form Brighton might be too good given our very mediocre home form. 1-0 to them I suspect. Hope I'm wrong.

Richards is out and there is a rumour that Mateta may not start.
If both don't feature we will lack physical presence when defending set pieces.
I envisage a difficult game and see a score draw as the most likely outcome.

I do not envisage a victory for our team.
A defeat for our team against bitter rivals will result in wailing, lamentation and fustigation.
Seem to recall you that predicted the same outcome at our last game at the Amex, last December when Brighton were put to the sword by the mighty Eagles!!

Cheer up and enjoy the game, which will be undeniably close ,but should see us prevail 2-1.😇

I was talking to my Brighton supporting friend this afternoon and he was bemoaning that they have a long casualty list so perhaps a good time to be playing them.
