Oh that was a serious offer was it? You do realise you are a grown man don't you.
I'm taking the fifth.

Well you gotta get trump in a good mood somehow before negotiations start 🤣I feel that if you and I went into negotiate the same deal we would come up with two very different outcomes.
You would give Trump everything he wanted, plus a reacharound.

Says the guy who wimped out of an arms wrestle....even though I'm considerable older.
Smart decision by the way as I'd win quite easily.
Which is exactly the logic here.....taking on battles you can't win is stupidity.
The wise man knows when to fight and when not to fight.
Another Brexit win! What the media (and other remainers on here) won't dare mention is that Trump's tariffs are another Brexit win! The UK has been imposed with 10% and the EU 20%. 🙂
What a totally pathetic way to conduct international relations.Well you gotta get trump in a good mood somehow before negotiations start 🤣
I am afraid that all Americans are going to learn some very painful lessons in the months ahead. If you sit by the river for long enough, you will see the body of your enemy float by
Sun Tzu
Democrats need to learn this lesson.
Another Brexit win!
That makes two highly contested assertions.
The first that any tariff is a win. A loss is still a loss whether it’s 1-0 or 2-0.
The second is that there have been any others. I’m b#ggered if I know of any.
He would like us back in the EU regardless of whatever cost to our economy, freedoms and democracy that would mean. It is like someone giving everything up to join a Sect.I don't quite understand. You'd rather us back in the EU and have 20% tariffs?
I love it that this has been turned into a brexit debate. The fact is the tariffs are bad for everyone including the US. The tariffs we arrived at by trade inbalance not their tariffs on US imports. Worked out on the back of a fag packet. That’s why there’s a tariff on Penguin island (human pop 0).
Trying to justify them is simply laughable.
There are many but best left for the Brexit thread. It’s taken them nearly a decade to find one, and even when they have it’s still sh*t.

One of the down sizes of belong to a block is that other countries problems become yours. For example The UK doesn't care about olive oil as we are not producers, however to the Mediterranean countries it is extremely important. So you can end up n a trade war with another country other stuff you actually don't care about. So short sighted.
This was always an obvious advantage.
You're part of the group think that automatically assumes that there is safety within a large block, when that isn't true when that block has two other competitors that we have traditionally always traded with.
This obsession with tieing us to the EU's rules was always a problem and you're too mentally bought into the modern left's obsession with the EU to admit it. You would have probably joined the Euro back in the day.
