Three men have been arrested over the stabbing of a 32-year-old mother who the Metropolitan Police believes was caught up in a fight between two groups of men at Notting Hill Carnival.

The Met said the woman, who was with her child at the time of the attack at the west London event, remains in a critical condition "fighting for her life" in hospital.

One of the men, aged 20, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and violent disorder.

The others, aged 24 and 22, were arrested on suspicion of violent disorder. All three remain in custody.

They arrest 300 people at the latest stabby carnival and have 100 prison places.

These leftist elites....who are awful people themselves are about to early release thousands of criminals onto our streets September 10th.
 
You can see why the Tories were campaigning to lose the election. They saw this coming, and wanted none of it.
That said, Starmer's responses have just been as bad as anyone could have forecast, and probably a fair bit worse than that. The media , Government and police/judicial system are acting as one. They are openly fracturing society.
 
It should be banned. What a dreadful waste of police energy and time, and harm caused by hundreds to hundreds, not to mention the cost of clearing up the mess it leaves.

It started as a festival for the local, diverse community and now it's a national magnet for mass drug abuse and a punch up (with knives and guns).

We can have no faith in our leaders. No nation can.
These are the same types of people who send children to fight their pointless wars.

Don't ever expect justice, fairness or protection.

Reviews of Glastonbury, for example, you tend to hear about people having a fantastic time and people being very friendly, etc.
Largely because it's managed properly, with photo ID tickets, searched before you go in, and a steel mesh perimeter fence, stewards and police.
Stabbing Hill carnival already has the reputation that attracts scumbags, no tickets, no exclusion zones, no searches and reviews always include a healthy set of crime figures.

A woman got stabbed. Caught in the middle of a rapid exchange of knives. Seemingly between two gangs.

ooooh, Glastonbury. Could be very dangerous and intimidating. I once heard of a fracas near the Coldplay stage. A Chartered accountant got very shirty when somebody knocked into his Soya Cappuccino. There was a rapid exchange of swearwords.
