Parish got to take some responsibility here.

Our recruitment in defence absolutely woeful - that’s the root of our problems as is proving again today.

I recall him saying “we have enough at the back” - well Steve clearly not and that’s on you..!!

You cannot replace Guehi and Lacroix with a sick note free transfer, an unproven 18 year old and a player Chelsea don’t want.

If you do this is the outcome - bottom of the league..!!

All the progress made over the last 2 seasons destroyed - and that’s on Parish.
 
I can appreciate that Sage has been set up to fail and that everything that could go wrong outside of his control has.

I can also understand that there are limited other options at this point in the season to make a change before January and that we are going to be in a relegation fight for the rest of the season.

We’ve let in the most goals in the Premier League, we are bottom of every defensive category. We are bottom of the league. We have conceded goal after goal from not being able to defend set pieces and turning the ball over high up the pitch because players are so pressed on. I’m not asking for perfection as you suggest and I am simply saying we can’t go on like this and it isn’t the ref’s fault we keep getting beaten in the same way time after time.

Surely you see the issues and see they aren’t the result of bad luck but the way the team is being coached?
