Painful to watch isn't it?
Especially with Munoz playing well and the Forest fans singing 'you're going down with the cockneys' thick cnuts!
They are all over City. Glasner actually looks to have changed tactics using a high press but leaving the wing backs deeper. Helped by Munoz looking like the player he was and getting up and down the right side like a train. So f***ing glad we sold him and purchased Khalali who looks like he’s about to cry whenever he’s asked to defend.

How Glasner uses the system is chalk and cheese from how Sage applies it.
Glasner's is essentially first and foremost a defensive system designed not to be exposed to counterattacks.
They compete fiercely all over the field and win the majority of their duels.
They break at speed and try and make the most of their attacks.
Their problem has been not having an out and out goalscorer.

I would go for either nuno or periera. Hopefully one of them would be able to find the balance between sorting the defence out without bunting the attack too much

I am with you on these two

Obviously, as all candidates, they both have issues. But that is kind of expected in the market we are looking at. The higher risk European candidates with no PL experience? You might get lucky but that is normally the way a relegated club gets to have a three manager season.

Nottm Forest are at Home to Man City today.
Man City barely keep 'Clean sheets', only 2 in their last 10 games in all competitions and 1 was home to Norwich.
I would not be surprised if Nottm Forest achieve a positive and unexpected result.
Willo, fancy a go at managing us per chance?

I do not think whoever we bring in will keep us up this season.
I have seen us relegated on several occasions, and I may be wrong, but this year has the smell of relegation about it.
This is not just because of the results,(although obviously that will be what determines it) but there is a feel around the club that is just not right at the moment.
We have seen poor recruitment, poor management of the team, certain players being d!cks, the HF spitting out their dummy, and a general malaise around the club which all adds up.

So with this in mind I would already be thinking about a manger that can start to rebuild again. Be it in the Championship, or by some miracle in the Premiership. We need a manager who is in it for the long term, and knows how to utilise what they have. Then build around the little quality we have.

I know I will get slaughtered for this post, and no I’m not bed wetting, or wishing us to go down. It just has that feel about it.

One of my neighbours is a palace supporter, and he was telling me today that he prefers Frank. I've never been convinced.

What I wonder is whether he has any decent tactical and coaching credentials. I get the impression that he manages people well, including staff, but I just don't associate him with organising a team. I don't get the impression Brentford are built on that as a club in the way we have been.

I would love us to turn things around and if we act quickly and decisively think we may still.
That said, we don't do things by half here in SE25!

I can’t believe what I am watching with the Forest game. FFS
It’s a classic Glasner smash and grab. Be extremely organised. Work your socks off. Get the centre halves playing well. Have a big striker who has a blinder and ride your luck a bit.

What I’d say is there is a clear game plan and players playing out of their skin for him. I haven’t seen that once from us under Sage

Murillo bossed Forest's defence. To be fair, Forest's performances have been better than their points tally suggests this season and, annoyingly, this confidence boost may well set them off on a run of form. Contrast that with us, who are probably lucky to have the points we do. Amusingly, United now join us in the relegation zone, which is at least something!

Could tomorrow be some kind of miracle and we win? Could Sage rise like the phoenix?!

We have been one of the worst 3 teams in the league this season.
Scoreless in 5 of our 9 league games and also with the worst defence.

There are a number of reasons for this, but it won't be the board or the players who change.
It will be the manager, because that's how the game operates.
We just have to cross our fingers that Parish gets the next choice right.

Sadly, I have to agree with you. Glasner did say we needed to improve the squad and maybe thats why he left, knowing it wasn’t going to happen. Personally I’d have SD as manager, only for the reason he’d be more vocal on and off the pitch. We need a fighter of a manager who can instil a side difficult to beat however unpopular it might be with the fans..

Liverpool will put 7 past us tomorrow & Sage will be off.

I said on the last poll it will be Dyche, it's not who I want but Parish has always wanted to work with the bloke.
