The bbc, again.

Oops, all those who said nothing to see here after last week's revelations. In that case why has the BBC removed the offending pages.
It's no news the BBC is stuffed with lefties.

The news is the management considered the stuff to be political and removed it.

If it was the organisation you all think it was, they would have considered and (genuinely) reported nothing to see.

They only did it when complaints started mounting up. They hardly did it due to some kind of change of heart or tactic.

Another good use of the licence fee. Still no admission of any wrongdoing

Not sure I would trust the Daily Mail as accurate reporting either. We go from 'must pay,' to 'reportedly' in the space of a line and nowhere does it actually say the figure anywhere else.

Also as tanu money would be paid out side a tribunal it would be subject to a NDA so no one would know!

Seeing as they paid off convicted paedophiles, I think it's pretty safe to presume they paid her off.

paying off paedophiles is extremely low.

paying off a supporter of terrorism and genocide goes way under the bar.

And this is why the BBC is sheite. Because reporting (all the) facts is not about opinion.

Yup shoot the messenger. I first saw this story in the Telegraph I think they are the source, anyway they have an interview with her. If you google it you will see that a number of media outlets are carrying it not just the mail.

Ah! The old it’s only the Mail argument. 🤣

Ah! The old it’s only the Mail argument. 🤣
It might well be old but it’s been true for many years and is still true today. It’s by far the worst newspaper. Not because it is written badly. It is written well. It’s because it appears authentic but subtly spins stories to deceive its well meaning and intelligent readership with the intention to pursue the political agenda of the owners.

I once had a friend who was a senior sub editor for the Mail. He is now retired. They had a format for exactly how stories were chosen and presented. It was handed down from above. His personal politics were pretty socialist but as a well paid professional that didn’t stop him from doing his job. Something I couldn’t have done. The Mail isn’t a newspaper. It’s a daily propaganda bulletin.

And that's exactly how many people feel about the BBC.

More authentic than the law firms dressing up claims on a no win no fee basis, lose and are insolvent?
