I'd assume that being whipped away by a paedo was more likely than them being able to stroll into a tiger enclosure. In future I will be wary of both paedos and tigers.

It seems that he had schizophrenia and other mental health issues. I have more sympathy for people like this who just cannot help themselves then the morons who lean their kids over railings and they fall in.
