It'd still be like a relay race though. That's why they put table numbers on the traps. Just order table service on the app.

Could ask them to tip a load of beer down the toilet and you can go home? It'd still be like a relay race though.

That was the best option in Charrington pubs when they had their rotten Crown bitter on tap. Suspect they got it out of there in the first place anyway.Could ask them to tip a load of beer down the toilet and you can go home?
Always drunk Light and IPA bitter in charrington pubs mainly you got three quarters of a pint of bitter and bottle of light ale 🍺🍺That was the best option in Charrington pubs when they had their rotten Crown bitter on tap. Suspect they got it out of there in the first place anyway.

When I worked in a pub light & bitter was a popular choice when the landlord had pis..annoyed me because they all got a pint and a bottle.Always drunk Light and IPA bitter in charrington pubs mainly you got three quarters of a pint of bitter and bottle of light ale 🍺🍺

Back in the mists of time when most of the pubs near me were Courage handing back a third of a pint and getting topped up and a bottle of light ale was par for the course. I do remember getting pulled for it though when drinking Directors rather than Courage Best and substituting the light ale with a barley wine with predicable results. In the Bull’s Head it was Ramrod(a very strong barley wine) and Special (Youngs). I grew up in Old Coulsdon and the nearest proper beer was the Bulls Head.Back in the mists of time when most of the pubs near me were Courage handing back a third of a pint and getting topped up and a bottle of light ale was par for the course. That would do the job. My dad used to drink Barley Wine and Watneys Stingo mixed - I thought they were the same drink but he liked it.Back in the mists of time when most of the pubs near me were Courage handing back a third of a pint and getting topped up and a bottle of light ale was par for the course. Reporting for duty, sir.I like that if you are a red nosed alcoholic who smells of p*ss, you can go and get a cheap pint at 7am before you start to wake up from the night before and take a long hard look at yourself.

I've got a pub in staggering distance that has a brewed on the premises pint for £4.40, they do great ciders too.Nobody should really ever voluntarily go to any Weatherspoons… especially in Hove.
