I don’t think you can blame Sage for an individual error like that, however I’m starting to question his ability to drill a defensive line, he’s giving every impression that he couldn’t inspire a rabbit to reproduce
And when we’ve been as crap as we have been defensively, especially when your main centre back ain’t a centre back, the message should be clear, for the first five minutes, if the ball comes anywhere near there, put it in row sodding Z, because they ain’t scoring from there
There’s a time for some Gallic French flair and there’s a time for a little bit of agricultural English defending, and that was one of those

We still look to me an exact reflection of the manager we’ve brought in.

I was thinking the same but he's been dealt a bad hand with next to none defensive reinforcements?
No organiser. No leader. A manager who insists on playing out from the back and the centre halves playing wide. All a recipe for disaster
