Have said for a long time there is only 3 clubs that are the top clubs by right .
That's Liverpool Arsenal and Manchester United . City and Chelsea brought trophies with over the top spending

While I agree with the statement how is it 1. fair? and 2. entertainment? When the cartel closes up shop, stops all ambition and free investment from anyone except themselves?
In the 50s and 60s Liverpool were a mid table club at best. In fact they were in the second tier for a while. They have history now but there were once bigger clubs than them. What gives them the right to stamp out competition from aspiring clubs just so they can stay on top? No one except Liverpool fans want that. Its ruls like this that are turning the PL into the SPL!
