The bbc, again.

Only after being Identified by others, when the BBC have to correct and apologise. What other media channels are not identified and corrected? Don’t go down the GB News route, as you yourself, have said it is scrutinised more than others
Sometimes it’s spotted internally but more usually as the result of the relentless forensic scrutiny their every word is subjected to.

Take any other media company as your example and compare their treatment to that of the BBC. If the BBC spun stories like, for instance, the Mail does they would rightly be pilloried daily. They don’t. They try to stay neutral and objective.

So GB News gets better treatment than the BBC 🤣

All that response is confirm, yet again, that you simply don’t get it. I know what your opinion is. There is no point in repeating it. What you don’t acknowledge is the role the BBC plays beyond its remit as a broadcaster. You don’t get that, but it exists whether you accept it or not.
Despite all this evangelistic zeal it's still only your opinion. If it's a fact then provide some evidence.

A statement of the obvious.

But folk have on here will still dispute it.

GB News and the BBC have no comparability.

One is our national broadcaster, statutorily required to be politically neutral. The other owned by wealthy investors, openly supporting the populist views of the right, in particular of Reform.

GB News is regularly sanctioned for breaking broadcasting impartiality rules. Something I don’t think has ever happened to the BBC.

So when you said
“ Take any other media company as your example and compare their treatment to that of the BBC.“
What did you actually mean? If GB News is regularly sanctioned surely they are under more scrutiny than others?

The search is desperate because other boats are already engaged in dinghy escorts
When people say the BBC is not bias this was a classic example of soft peddling the truth.

I do not doubt the bravery of the RNLI.

However right now they are highly controversial because of the Migrant taxi service they run. The BBC chooses this moment to produce a string of puff pieces very favourable to the RNLI without any balance on the other side about the controversy, with their migrant policy.

It's not lies by the BBC but it is not impartial either.
