What is unbelievable is that the 2 lifeboats switched off their trackers! 3 coaches and god knows how many police vans and the lifeboats did not even go to Gosport.

You are missing the point! Which is again typical. No one defends the kind of behaviour that puts women put at risk. When a charity, or any other organisation, tries to reduce that risk it deserves praise and support. Not condemnation.
Advocating for other ways to reduce that risk, for instance by keeping them in secure accommodation, is another debate.

I am discussing coach drivers and whole communities needing to be protected from a bunch of hooded hooligans posing as patriots. One of whom has been charged with endangering life.

I can't recall, did 1200 masked thugs decide to move in next to Piddington or was it 1200 migrants? Only I don't remember the residents complaining when the base was an active military base filled with patriotic British men who were armed, but they are really bothered now.
