It's a terrible idea. And I love eight pints as much as anyone, and it's a terrible idea.

You can finish your pint ten minutes before kick-off; you can be back in the boozer ten minutes after full-time. You can even buy some poor quality fizzy stuff at half-time. There is no requirement for people to be drinking while the game is going on, throwing it everywhere, getting up, sitting down, wasting the watching-football time.

It will never happen.
