There's a very passionate lefty at work. Let me pause on that sentence because it contradicts what I just said in previous post. He's badged himself that. Or society has. Or the media has. He knows I am one of those 'evil' people that votes Reform (at the moment) but we sit and debate and recognise that we both want the same things. Who actually WANTS people in the world suffering poverty, dying in wars or missing out on much needed healthcare (for example)? I've not really met anyone that does. Not on here, not anywhere else. What we disagree on is the semantics of how those things are avoided. I generally think we all want the same utopia but don't agree on how that could be achieved. I generally try to remember that when I debate on here (actually, I mostly avoid this section of the forum, but I appreciate I have clumsily waded into a few debates and not managed this very well).
But I suppose it's entertaining if Palace aren't winning trophies for a few weeks!
I have said this many a time, but if I see someone on the street in a Palace shirt I will say "up the Palace" to them and be happy I saw them. I don't care what political opinions they hold.
