I googled births in Gaza and apparently the Red Cross state it’s about 130 babies per day.
Multiply that by the days that the so called genocide has been happening.
It seems to be a lot more born than the Hamas are reported people to have been killed.
Someone is lying or believing BS and my money is on the latter !

No, it’s the overwhelming view of those most qualified to judge, and in opposition you have a few intellectual powerhouses on a Crystal Palace FC forum who think they know better.

I agree many of Hamas’ actions and statements can be considered genocidal - I don’t think anyone would deny that and certainly no one would waste hours tying themselves in knots trying to deny such an obvious thing.

It’s strange people do when you make the same observation about the other genocidal death cult involved in this conflict though.

Agreed. And it's also not genocide because the IDF do not actively target civilians. They put out warnings to civilian areas to limit casualties. Hamas are the ones who use their own as body shields and actively want to kill every Jew or Israeli they see.

When Hamas start a war they call it ‘Jihad’, when Hamas are losing said war they call it ‘Genocide’.

However, I was similarly horrified by the Yazidi genocide and I am fairly sure I remember posting about it elsewhere, signing petitions, etc. For all the good it does - who knows.

Legal Definition of Genocide

Under international law, as defined by the United Nations Genocide Convention, genocide does not only mean mass killing. It includes five specific categories of acts committed with the intent to destroy a group:

• Killing members of the group.
• Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members.
• Deliberately inflicting destructive living conditions calculated to bring about the group's physical destruction.
• Imposing measures to prevent births within the group.
• Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group

Not just ‘a group’, it has to be a protected group to meet the definition of Genocide. Hamas are not a protected group and never will be.

Yes, McAhuna’s post at #6769 outlining the Legal Definition of Genocide, as defined by the UNGC was incorrect and omitted a vital and required element; either the word ‘protected’ or their full definition, ‘In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group’.

McAhuna was either intentionally selective or just unintentionally wrong, either way it’s not helpful. It does however offer some explanation as to why expressed views and conclusions are often so wide of the mark.
