He didn't win me back. Especially now he's thrown another hissy fit and is expecting Palace to release him from a legally binding contract so he can get his 'dream move' on a free!

Much as I would like his behaviour to mirror Guehi, Lacroix, Olise and (in the main) Eze, in this case I believe the mask has slipped.Sarr is a quality player. We have no idea who/what started messing with his head - convincing him he could do better elsewhere.
However, the fact is, we need the energy and goals he brings to the team.
Don’t judge him on last night, he will get fitter, improve and like Guehi, give 100% before the inevitable departure.
I have no problem with the manager picking him and if he scores great. But I will treat the c*** like he treats us. It’s his job do it, get paid and f*** off. He feels he owes us nothing so I for one will think of him as the resource he is. I think unfortunately that is how we have to feel about modern players. For every Ward there are 50 Sarrs. Our most potent goal scorer, needs to play every game. I don't care about his character traits, as long he scores goals for us.

I'm happy to be exploited/commoditized if all that involves is playing football and being paid millions per year. Where do I sign up? Emailed info@cpfc but didn't get a reply...I think he was talking about "the African player", so African players generally rather than Sarr specifically. When I read the quotes I took it to mean he feels they get exploited/commoditized more than players from other parts of the world.
On the face of it football has to be one of the most meritocratic industries I can think of where if you are good enough you get to the top clubs and demand the top salaries.
But it would not surprise me if there is substance to what he is saying.

"anywhere is a prison if you cannot leave it" - isn't that what Ronnie Biggs said?I'm happy to be exploited/commoditized if all that involves is playing football and being paid millions per year. Where do I sign up? Emailed info@cpfc but didn't get a reply...
True - and as earnings increase, you become acclimatised to those increased earnings and then you generally want more. I can understand the money chasing to an extent as I'm sure we all can."anywhere is a prison if you cannot leave it" - isn't that what Ronnie Biggs said?
In any event can see your point! I was referencing Diomansy Kamara's quotes and saying they were not about Palace specifically.

No chance did we make a mistake signing him.correct. A player with an attitude-problem is not a top player. No matter how brilliant he is on the ball. Think about Samir Nasri.....a red card specialist.
No top club wants a Prima Donna. Maybe we made a mistake signing him. If the strop continues, then defo a mistake. In terms of quids-spent-per-goal, a professional player with only half the talent of Sarr would have been better.
Sarr, i hope you are reading this. Or let some other Eagle print it and hand it to the big girls blouse.
