The point was made in commentary that with the amount of cricket being played wickets like this are becoming more common and that county players have to contend with them all the time.

I had spoken about the pitch and it just seems incredibly sad that the pitch is crap at the home of cricket. Can we get nothing right anymore?

This isn't a good enough pitch for test cricket. Plus, someone's going to get hurt.
