Timing of his latest outburst might suggest he and Glasner were already in cahoots for months prior to the announcement. Hence he did nothing.

Bring it on, a good lawyer could ruin Marinakis in court, there is no libel or defamation in court, he could be opening up a hornets nest for himself, if i were Parish i would be get a private investigator to dig up all the dirt on him, maybe even a couple of witnesses to his "business dealings", its not a Greek court he is dealing with.

What court would he be dealing with ? Because no British court would or could be bothered about a foreign citizen committing crimes in a foreign country.

He does seem to be an uncouth fella and I hope the club puts up a robust defence. I also wonder if the HF feel the need to enter the fray, after all it was their tifo that caused the furore in the first place.

It is a big mistake. Parish has a very good record on court cases - remember Pulis? No way will a court hold a sports club liable for things said by paying members of the public attending an event that may technically defame a visiting club official. That’s assuming he could even prove the words were defamatory.
I expect Parish to fight this all the way.
I suppose he will point to the cartoon showing him wielding a pistol and threatening Gibbs-White - which I imagine he didn't really do. But can a cartoon qualify as defamation if accompanied by a disclaimer-style statement as the HF provided? We've seen how ludicrous Trump has been about suing the Beeb for broadcasting his own actual words, albeit with a splice. But could Trump sue the people behind rude images like the inflatable Baby Trump, etc.?
