Much like the tobacco industry in the past, oil & gas have spent absolutely fortunes to deny and distort the truth, and continue to do so.

Of course there are chancers profiting on the green movement, but there is huge money to be made in maintaining the status quo.

Those very same people have invested great wealth into green energy.

Please do your home work next time before spreading misinformation.

If they wanted to maintain current state they would fund a lot of made up science and push the marketing that is what tobacco did and later on they was found out for it.

Predictions about where we would be in 2026 from 50 years ago had us , drowning, burning, extinct, bread £10 a loaf etc etc. the bread bit I remember from school in about 1977 ish.
It was all bollox back then and it’s bollox now but if it is as bad as they tell us money ain’t important. Give us free green s*** inc houses, heating and cars and we hit target. Me thinks someone is bull shitting for their wages as anyone questioning it is cancelled, sacked and never to darken our msm again. There are plenty on the net if you look. Does that not ring alarm bells that it could be for something other than the planet?

The fact some predictions were wrong 50 years ago doesn't mean the science is wrong now.

There's also plenty of predictions which were proved completely right, particularly around CO2 emissions and the warming to follow.
