From where did this document come Bobby?

Because if it's a construction management plan submitted to the Council planning department to satisfy a condition of the permission, then I can tell you from personal experience that those documents are often amongst the greatest works of fiction in human history.

Do know about corporate events and Parish , think I stand by my comments it raises profile , showing early 80s doesn't even come into it , would say 51k but thats pointless stadiums have moved on do you want us to stagnant
I would like us to improve in any way we can, but there is reality and wishful thinking.

Is this a serious question ? You don't understand how having a bigger fan base would make us become a bigger club ? If you can't work that out, then there's no point debating it.

There's a reason tottenham are referred to as one of the big 6 and it has nothing to do with what they've achieved on the pitch.
Please explain how " a bigger fan base " would make the club bigger ( depends what you mean by bigger fan base ).

Our catchment area is fixed unless we move location.

However many fans we have, the limit of revenue is pretty much how many we can get into the ground on matchday.

Non match day revenue i.e shop sales is negligible in terms of total revenue.

We used to have a decent following in China in the days of Fan Zhiyi but that's long gone now.

The document refers to Croydon CIL instalment policy. Most docs like these have the name of the contractor and engineer on them.

That's literally how you define how big a club is, by how big their fan base is.

That's why I asked. CIL, for those uninitiated in such matters, is community infrastructure levy, otherwise known as planning gain, or a tax on development to fund appropriate infrastructure that the development will require (and it is pretty genuine, by the way. The Council has to show exactly where the money goes and it has to be necessary to offset the development).

The schedule seems to be an explanation of the phases so that the council knows when CIL payment is expected etc. It's not necessarily a schedule for a contractor. That said, the signs up at the ground indicate that activity is imminent, even if it's only demolition and clearance.

Well it's how you define a big club.

Let's just hope we some some improvements in the ground, the AW has been a disgrace for years for a PL club.
From mid 70s same toilet issues , we may not be able to go higher , how about how the Camp Nou they dug down , not sure if you we can round there but there's a thought , and I don't mean just AW , more lower the pitch first ,

So unless I'm mistaken and if this is accurate, it means that the old stand will be demolished and new terracing fitted mid season.

In that case, it means that the season ticket holders in the Main stand would have to be relocated and we would lose 5k capacity for some of the season.

You are thinking small it's not about just local people football is global.

Revenue is not limited to just people on match day. (This outside of tv money is revenue wise important and it doesn't need to just be local fans having space for tourists is a good thing )

Take a look at the worlds biggest clubs they are global brands this attracts not only people who want to attend games but it increases revenue from sponsors also means they get more exposure tv wise.

Merchandise sales do make a difference if you are not only selling it from just your club shop.

This was a long time ago but when Real Madrid signed Beckham people questioned the transfer fee it was high but the club sold that many shirts it covered that fee.

So our target is to be a major global brand, what's the time frame on that?

I want us to improve and grow the club but we need to be realistic

For example, we are a smaller club than West Ham by any metric other than last two years' success.
