Immigration

The officers at the scene didn’t have the benefit of a detailed pathology report. They had to act on what they thought they were seeing. Missing what is later found to be completely obvious is a common phenomenon in many situations in which you are being distracted by a variety of events occurring together.
So again why handcuff the white kid because a black dude told cops he said something. Ffs are you a div on purpose cos if it’s natural you need a CAT scan !

He was stabbed or otherwise cut in the face troll.

Reports are that there was a trail of blood.....that would make sense from five stab wounds wouldn't it troll.

Defender of incompetence.

Evil.

From Grok:

The detail that Henry Nowak was stabbed once in the face comes primarily from the prosecution's presentation of evidence during Vickrum Digwa’s murder trial at Southampton Crown Court.

This information was disclosed in open court as part of the medical/forensic evidence (post-mortem examination) presented by prosecutors. It is not based on police scene observations or unverified claims but on the official pathology findings from the investigation and trial.

That won't be good enough for that arsehole

The vigil in rememberance of Henry Nowak was disrupted by the “stand up to racism” loons. How anyone who claims to have a moral compass can do this, beggars belief. Perhaps some on here can excuse their behaviour Maybe his murder was racially motivated?

And the controversial Legal-right ? for an unknown old man to wander the streets, where the kids play ? Him tooled-up with a dagger ? "oh, its my religion mate." You call the cops and it could be yourself hauled off to jail ?

Are YOU allowed wander around with a dagger ? Two Tier Society. Reminds me of medieval Europe wherein only the aristocracy could carry weapons. Peasants would face legal-sanction (& punishment) if they tried the same.

Have you never heard that we all miss things that are actually very obvious when we are focused on something else! Police officers are trained to observe but they are nonetheless as human as everyone else. It’s the very reason why eye witness accounts are so very unreliable.

I don’t question the facts of the injuries and the evidence later discovered. I do question the assumptions that these were deliberately ignored. No policeman would do that.

It’s not incompetence. It’s just the frailty of being human.

Where does your information come from?

You're a typical lefty, all ideology, zero compassion. He was 18 and stabbed by a foreigner. You disgusting individual.
You have absolutely no idea about me.

I have total compassion for a young man and his loved ones being murdered in such a terrible way. The nationality of the murder being irrelevant. In this case the murderer is British and not a “foreigner”. He just happens to also be a Sikh.

This discussion isn’t about feeling compassion for the victim. That’s a given in every such case. It’s about the way the police initially handled the situation they were called to and the assumptions being made here.

I wasn’t at the vigil, and I don’t suppose you were either, but if what you say is true then it was disrespectful and thoughtless. There are times and places to oppose racism.

I too was incorrectly accused of racism when a staff member who I dismissed for sleeping on the job took me to a tribunal to claim unfair dismissal because of their racial origins.

I was able to prove the dismissal was justified and that correct procedures were followed. The claim was dismissed along with the accusations. The staff member, unbeknown to me, had two jobs, was working a day shift then for my business at night. She then terrorised other staff in covering for her as she slept. I discovered it when making unannounced inspections, issued warnings and then the dismissal.

So I have no sympathy whatsoever for anyone who tries to use racism as a tactic. I oppose that just as much as genuine racism.

“White” kids and “black dudes” are your categorisation of this situation. It’s not mine nor, hopefully, that of the police.

Why they concluded handcuffs were needed isn’t known. That they weren’t is now obvious and something that has been admitted and apologised for.

My own conclusion is that they must have been confused and acted in haste to calm a situation so proper enquiries could be made. As soon as they realised the seriousness of their error they corrected their mistake and administered first aid. I expect those officers to be full of remorse and deeply impacted by the memories of their failure.

You missed the point and haven’t answered. Why handcuff someone accused of being racist. Accused is the word. You are skirting around it as usual.

With the Ghana fellow in Dublin, you know what Ireland's like with the knee jerk reactions and under the table government instructions. You don't actually need me to tell you that the Gards will not be touching anybody of a different race or appearance at all, for anything for a while. Probably best we don't tell them. They're treating the Ipas murderer with kid gloves currently. Wasn't long ago: he'd be turning up in court with load of bruising. Nobody would notice: not those times anymore. Is the very definition of two tier policing. You know full well that it won't be written down. A verbal instruction. From on high.

I think we all do having read your disgraceful posts.

Obviously I wasn’t, I haven’t made it up!! IF what I say is true FFS just Google it, a counter “demonstration” at a vigil for a murder victim.

Here we go, unless of course you don’t want to believe it ( would not surprise me tbh)
