another poster may have answered this. neutral tickets assigned straight away. palace allocation tickets not yet assigned. But will the IT allow you to have both lots of tickets onto your account before perhaps selling one off? I am currently on the phone to the box office.

A friend of mine has a neutral ticket and tickets from a Palace player, not sure how this will work either yet.

Thats what im saying in my previous as showing as stuck UEFA only allows 2 tickets max i have 2 neutral tickets and 1 palace assigned ticket in block 23. So the box office have said that Palace assigned ones once allocation is done should appear as "you have too many tickets" go to resell and then these go back to palace to reallocate on the waiting list So just be patient

Has anyone got theit mobile ticket into the f*** Uefa app yet, or have they not been sent?

Not on the app, I can see my Palace ticket has been assigned online but not in the app. I believe (hope anyway) that the ticket will only appear in the app the day off or at most 1-2 days before. It does say that an email will be sent just before it appears.

I have had tickets assigned in the app but i believe these could be because they are neutral seats and not club allocated seats. they should come through soon though before the week is up hopefully

Just its easy to sell. Mine was sold within 5mins - tout probably snapped it up. I have received the full amount back from Uefa - in fact made £1.92 profit - probably the pound increased against the Euro🙂 f*** UEFA

I think more tickets will become available in the next few days. So if someone wants a ticket it will still be possible. Folk may not want to resell their neutral tickets until they have their Palace allocated ones in the app?

Got email back from the club about the tickets we bought using the code:

"Good afternoon,

Thanks for your email.

The ticket resale option is not yet available, as UEFA are still assigning seats. It will become available very soon, on UEFAs website."

Not everyone is eligible to purchase them. I can't see mine either.
