Yes, Canvot made the error for the equaliser but our final ball up front plus hitting the woodwork a couple of times hasn’t been good enough. We should have this game out of sight and yet one error by Canvot has us moaning at him rather than the awful finishing and passing up front :-(

Canvot should have headed it backwards for a corner not back into the area !!
He was also culpable against Everton when defending a corner, flicking it to the far post where Tarkowski fired it into the net.

Disagree people have ignored in first phase Mitchell is at fault playing people onside.

Our problem is this silly zonal system we keep playing and players switching around positions it's why we keep getting caught out and especially from corners.

We didn't play like this before we have switched to it.

I do believe we changed to zonal marking as you say. And we haven't been as good since.

I don't play football video games.

It's funny, because we have fans willing to uphold Meyer and not given a chance, and Sorloth as hopeless, and over the years players treated differently. I look at what they add to the side and for 18 months Kamada was worse than Hughes in pretty much every aspect of play yet kept him out to the frustration of the fan base. I imagine that there are some fans here such as yourself that defended him, and dug heels in. Now he's become average then it's such a transformation from the useless crap he was for that time then you are all over it as if we're all blind to it.

He is young enough to be part of the modern generation of defenders who as youth players weren't allowed to head the ball until they were 18 and only then with a crash helmet on and an ambulance on standby.

No wonder he can dribble the ball up the pitch at speed, but not head the f***ing thing properly!
