I usually do all ticket buying through my iPad but for this, I am taking no chances and going to use my phone 😳. I am waiting to buy through Palace and have been stressing for days about having to navigate the UEFA system. I’m sure it’s relatively straightforward but I am known to panic in such circumstances 🤣

Just reading the blurb - apparently the email being sent out to the first group of ticket allocations (highest level of points) so they can buy their ticket(s) will go out sometime this week, anticipated to be middle of the week, and each group , on a group by group basis, in turn thereafter, so it seems that as individual applicants we wont see an email until its our respective turn(s) -
Would be good if anyone from the top group just lets the rest of the board know when the process has begun so we are not quite so much in the dark whilst waiting for our turn(s)

I've also been assigned 2 seats in block 101 and originally selected Palace on the original ballot.
Yeah, I got mine through earlier block 18 (next to the tunnel and behind one of the dugouts, hopefully ours)

I imagine there are plenty like me who want 2 tickets for me and kid member but almost all the points are in my name. So are faced with buying two separately and be in different parts of the ground. Any ideas?

Are you sure it didn’t ask you. It was one of the first questions I got asked when I became a ‘member ‘. Last month. I Purchased Friday morning and it didn’t ask me again but as it remembered my email etc and address it must know. Maybe you registered early ? And forgot 🫣
I signed up to the UEFA website on Thursday and purchased cat 1 tickets straight away, at no point was I asked which team I follow (I think I did the “express” sign up, just using my Google account)
May be the express thing then . As said it asked me real early before I even showed any interested in tickets or even a tournament ..
I emailed uefa shortly after to get an update on ‘general sale ‘ tickets ( as was prior to the ones being made available Thursday ) and to be fair they replied very quickly. Within 24 hours and it was personal not generic.
Maybe email them so they can attach your team . Just a thought if they are going to try to push us towards the palace end based on this ..
There is a way of linking to separate purchases and request that they sat together or nearby. Unfortunately I am not the one to advise you how to do this, I am stressing about how to navigate the app to buy 2 tickets through Palace!
Anyone who has used it before, can you advise how much time you are given to make your purchase Palace is usually 10 minutes and I am hoping this gives me more time.
When you go to purchase the 2nd ticket, I have established there is a “add another ticket” button but do you have to put your first purchase in a basket or just leave it where it is? Hope this makes a bit of sense 🤔. I was hoping my son would be around to assist but he won’t be, just worried I’m going to f*** up the purchase

When you got your tickets, where did it disclose stadium section and area?
I bought x2 Cat 2 tickets in mid April via the second chance ballot, but at the time could just select Cat 1 or Cat 2 (without specific seating area).
Maybe if buying tickets closer to the final date they are now notifying fans of finer details vs when I picked up a few weeks ago…..I assume once tickets are ready to circulate I will just be notified through the app….

I don't have my tickets yet. If you log in and check the "my tickets" section it shows you were you will be sitting. I don't think we actually get the tickets until a few days before.
Kinda annoyed I spent all that money for an upper tier ticket 😔
I've just emailed UEFA and asked if (big if) I'm allocated access codes for myself and my son will I be able to purchase both on my account or do I need to set up an account for him! Not that this is what you are asking : ) but if I can only get two in separate areas, I've heard the concourse is pretty open so once in i'm sure then you can stand together in one of your seats (pretty sure we'll be standing).
