Playoffs

I see their manager was disconsolate after the game and said he felt he had let people down. Contrast to last season when their keeper nearly took our CF’s head off and he said it was “the sort of thing you see every week”, and “that’s football”. Well I suggest that when a Mickey Mouse club gets delusions of grandeur and thinks they can get to the Prem, only to be put in their rightful place by Hull City, that is indeed “football”.

Indeed the blighters have a reputation of being hoodlums, scoundrels, wastrels, reprobates and snarling malcontents.
The closest they’re going to get to selhurst next season is that massive advertising board at their ground that says ‘selhurst timber’ 🤣 I’ve always thought that must niggle them a bit

When Alex Neil took up the 'Reins' at Millwall last season they were 13th after 23 games. They ended the season in 8th place.
This season they ended the season in 3rd place and of course qualified for the play-offs.
A creditable record at Millwall and overall he has not let their supporters down.
