No I'm not.

And he's failed to look around him to view his 99% male constructed surroundings and apparatus whilst telling me that women are more important than men.

I see them as vital, just not at many of the more natural male environments that they've convinced themselves that they need to be in charge of.

I don't see outrage over too many men on the construction sites.

I also have some policy differences with Spindle on Ukraine and the EU, but so what, no one agrees on everything.

I say, remember the real people who hate both of you...and it's real hate for some of them...and while it's cool to argue over differences remember that some of these people would happily see you ruined if they could do it, they wouldn't think twice and it would make their day.

I think Polanski was musing just the other day in some discussion as to whether it would be justifiable to kill the 'far right'.....he actually brought it up.

I say, it's alright not to get on, but that you never really have real enemies on the right just ones you create.

I say ultimately face outward not inward.

Obviously men are important, I have never suggested otherwise.

But to insinuate that men have a comparable role in the process of child-birth is absolutely mental.
 
I looked it up again about Polanski musing on killing the 'far right'. I think it's fair to say that while that's one interpretation of what he said he could also have been saying something like camps or deporting or some other way of excluding people from society (not that I can think of many others).

This is the quote from him:

And no matter what humanity or community we put them in, they are set on destroying or pushing this toxicity. Do we think we can change their minds? Bit binary.

Bullies, abusers of all shapes, genders and colours are my enemies. The ISIS terrorist targeting Yazidi women is my enemy. The IDF sniper targeting civilians in Gaza is also my enemy. The Big Pharma profiteering scum persuading children to be mutilated are my enemy.

Starmer, Polanski, Boris and Farage will all ignore at least two of these. They would also all willingly send our children to die in a Donbass trench. f*** them all.

Women who abuse men are my enemy. Men who abuse women are also my enemy.
Women who hate 'men' are as much to blame as men who hate 'women'. Simplistic morons.

Who is not my enemy? Most women are not my enemy. Not the drunk girls on a night out, not the instagram and fashion obsessed girl over the road, not the nurse who works night-shifts. That's the difference between me and one or two on here, and its a big difference.

Not defending Polanski (David Paulden) because he is clearly an absolute div.

But don't forget that our grandfathers did actually kill the far-right, and British society has more or less openly celebrated it for the last 80 years.
Who is worse - Bomber Harris or David Paulden?

I'd agree with you on a lot of that, though I think the misogynist term is over-used, it's become like the racism term.

The problem certainly is definitions, as with your previous post referring to bullies and abusers, who is and who isn't and that always depends upon which lens we are viewing things though.

I think a difference between you and me is that, while we probably agree on most of those positions I'm not willing to make enemies on the right over it. You have strongly held universalist positions on humanitarian grounds and I can respect that and also hold them to a degree.

However, my personal understanding is that we are under a more present threat on this collection of isles we are standing on and that's more important to our futures than conflicts between Jews and Arabs or exactly to what extent someone thinks feminism damaged society. The threat over here will have a much more direct and real impact on your life, not an idealogical conviction about what should happen overseas .

I'm not saying we shouldn't argue over this and that.....I'm only saying that there should be a line over which we don't go. The more the right fragments the weaker we are and we need to patch over differences for self preservation not do the work of those who really hate you.

The opposite of Farage throwing out Lowe....the broad church.

Perhaps you don't value a level of unity on the right and see yourself apart from this need. If so, ok, but I thought it worth saying.

No, that wasn't the reason as I've made clear.

I've liked Spindle's post on feminism.....I think they are mostly arguing past each other out of dislike.
