The Spurs Meltdown

I hope the uncertainty of relegation lingers until the final few minutes of the season, before they slide into the Championship. 😀

I keep an eye on Charlton and have mates who support them.

2/3/ years ago Leaburn was the great hope "he's a big strong lad Arry". Rumour was that we and Villa were looking and the only argument on their fan site was about how many millions would they be prepared to sell him for.

He then got a bad injury and this has been his first full season back. He's still a young lad but the consensus is that he's not good enough. He is a shadow of his self and doesn't use his size, perhaps because of the injury. Most Charlton fans would drive him to the airport if they thought there was an offer.

Shame really, but he can still come back.

If he's not good enough for Charlton, he's not good enough for Aldi.
 
Leeds just got 3 points at Old Trafford. Leeds are now 6 points above Tottenham, both clubs having played 32 games. Leeds are within touching distance of Prem survival.

West Ham got a recent big win. Nottm Forest got a useful draw.

A few Draws might be enough for all the teams mentioned above. Spurs must get some wins - and will be depleted from their Champions League activities.

If spurs lose at home to the weed, forest beat Burnley at home and then West Ham beat us, they will be five points adrift with 5 games left!!
