So not so much offering cash, but rather allowing them to spend their own money. That part sounds OK.
And why not agree a 10 year freeze. Doesn't sound like there is much in dispute.
Trump can declare victory and everyone goes home. Western economies can start to recover, energy bills will come down.
If i was an Iranian anti-state agitator I would probably feel as though i had been mugged off big time by Trump after all the big talk, but then again I'm not and so not that bothered in the end!
