Main Stand redevelopment thread

Correct you are! After my post I recalled Lambeth were involved, didn't know about Lewisham and Southwark however!
Yes, it's owned by Bromley, who don't want it, but due to boundaries the other 4 councils mentioned touch it and therefore have a say, as do the well organised and financed nimbies.

Moving to CP Park have been debated for years and Noades tried it before investing in the Holmesdale.
It is a non starter and surprised all supporters above the drinking age aren't aware of this.

Let's not go back and re-open a 30 year discussion.

But can I just say again: it is being redeveloped isn't it?

You can't compare US to UK.

US sports operate nothing like UK ones as well.

If Tex had full control stadium would have been done already the evidence was Academy SP etc messed about for year Tex comes in done straight away.
You are surely joking? Textor ie Eagle Football has just gone bankrupt, his clubs are up for sale - he couldn't pay his creditors the money he borrowed to buy the clubs so foreclosure. He's a total shyster and this was after he stitched us up and got into bed with Marinakis through Botofogo and Brazilian player trading with Forest.

Yes not with a 40 to 50k stadium thats used possibly every week , I've tried to get away from there with 16k , it was easier to get from selhurst by car and selhurst has 3 stations plus buses , crystal palace has 1 plus buses, infrastructure cant handle football matches there
