Maybe he only managed home games in Germany?I just wanted to highlight why OG is so rigid by always playing three at the back as managed in that league as well.

Bloody big cherries thenThat's why it's with cherries on top.
It's an average squad in Premier League terms. How many of the squad would be an automatic pick for a top 6 side, with the exception of Wharton? Eze and Guehi were our best players, both been pinched and we are now an average mid table squad. He is a poor manager, now with a good squad with not a clue how to use it.
No, we are only a mid table squad because we have a poor manager, do Brentford and Everton have better squads, No, i equate Glasner who is a maintenance man who is really a plumber, all the plumbing work excellent, electrics not so good. It's an average squad in Premier League terms. We are a mid table squad, as will be seen with the next manager whether he has electrical skills or not.No, we are only a mid table squad because we have a poor manager, do Brentford and Everton have better squads, No, i equate Glasner who is a maintenance man who is really a plumber, all the plumbing work excellent, electrics not so good.

No. Since returning to the EPL we are where we are through a combination of factors, the manager is just one of them. Our position remains more or less in the 12th to 14th bracket and the players are of that level, any who are better are picked up quickly, as we have seen. Glasner deserves credit for doing the unlikely in that one brief moment of the club's history - win something. It took around 3 seasons to assemble the players and jockey them into position, and have a manager in place who could pull it off.No, we are only a mid table squad because we have a poor manager, do Brentford and Everton have better squads, No, i equate Glasner who is a maintenance man who is really a plumber, all the plumbing work excellent, electrics not so good.
I see:I guess we'll get to see what a different manager does with this squad next season. Imo the squad is completely unbalanced and that's the collective fault of those making key decisions board, sporting director and manager.

We have 3 players who can be deployed at left wing-back, Mitchell, Sosa and Devenney.I guess we'll get to see what a different manager does with this squad next season. I see:
Henderson
Canvot, Richards, Lacroix, Mitchell
Uche, Wharton, Hughes, Johnson
Larsen, Sarr
as a much better line up, assuming, Muñoz, Mateta and Kamada are leaving, upgrade RB and CM
England
Johnson has not scored for 20 games.I agree with some of your arguments and i too wanted/want glasner gone but you're not helping your cause when you include uche and johnson in any side you think can do better.
Uche, although he runs around a lot and is likeable, is just not very good and definitely couldn't be relied upon to get up and down the right wing.
johnson i didn't rate anyway but it is £35m down the drain. He's got pace but can't go past anyone so we just basically overpaid for someone to take corners.
But at least you didn't include pino!!

You know Glasner is Austrian ?Maybe he only managed home games in Germany?

I did actually google it…..So Ollie still has not googled or AI - “how to overcome Low Block”
Scotland
You can imagine Brian Clough or Bill Shankly using the last sentence.I did actually google it…..
“maximize pitch width, increase tempo with rapid ball circulation, and utilize quick switches of play to force defensive shifts”.
In other words, shape up you cnuts!!🤣🤣
I have amended the team, put Uche instead of Pino, mistake 😍 He is a class right winger, he is not a left sided inside forward, you don't get 20 caps for Spain if you are rubbish, Johnson is in because we don't have a left footed winger, could JRS really do any worse.I agree with some of your arguments and i too wanted/want glasner gone but you're not helping your cause when you include uche and johnson in any side you think can do better.
