Back to Iran, I am confused with the latest out of Trump. Only unconditional surrender will be acceptable.
Surrender to who? You surrender to the victor who then takes control of the defeated land.
Is Trump proposing to install an administration to run Iran under his control? It’s absurd! Or will Israel take control?
The Iranian RGS will not be surrendering and the fact is that a lot of Iranians are right behind the regime and have no desire for a western style democracy

I think you'd use a swarm to overwhelm, incapacitate and knock out defences.....it doesn't have to be a one shop stop so to speak.

Only after that would you use slower heavier flying munitions designed to sink a ship.

OK sure, but that's fantasy, you are making up arms that don't exist. Making something that can be fired from range, carry enough munition, target and lock on, is NOT something cheap and easy to make. 150kg+ of frag warhead is what's needed. Torpedos are TWICE that sized warhead. Even the largest loitering munitions are only 50kg. Then the range is too far - where are they going to launch these things from exactly?
