And now you see why everyone on the right should be voting Reform. Tactical voting will be in be full force going forward. We never considered Gorton & Denton to be 'Fertile' territory for us Conservatives, we were 5th in the constituency at the General Election.
Last night's result will have no bearing on the position of Kemi Badenoch.
England
It was all dark arts with an irreconcilable result. The Greens are the furthest left in the country.
It's going to be interesting.

Jacob Rees-Mogg has consistently advocated that the 'Right' must unite to defeat the 'Left'.And now you see why everyone on the right should be voting Reform. Tactical voting will be in be full force going forward.
Do you want to back a horse that has no chance, or one that can win. It's that simple.
Getting rid of Labour will be the aim of those on the right and many on the left, along with their new Muslim buddies, it seems. At the same time they will be voting to stop Tory and Reform.
Sectarianism is now a very real factor, as was easily predictable. It will only be defeated in future by a united front across the right.
Party loyalties will only end in disaster for Britain.

Tbe Greens circulated pictures of Starmer with Modi and drove the Gaza issue and thus persuaded Muslims to vote for a pro LGBT, drugs for all transgender party! I’m sure those policies go down well in Pakistan and Bangladesh or the local mosque.
However, the actual candidate looked like the most authentic. Matt Goodwin is a self indulgent political theorist from The South. He seem to have spent his adult life in various universities As a perpetual student. What would he have in common with Northerners?

I suspect the small but diehard SWP cohort would choke on their Woodbines if they read that. The Greens are the furthest left in the country.

He is right, but it can't be under Badenoch.Jacob Rees-Mogg has consistently advocated that the 'Right' must unite to defeat the 'Left'.

Didn't last nightThats great news, they will split the vote of the left at the next general election and reform will win.

In this country they have to adhere to OUR laws. Family voting at polling stations is illegal.Family voting will obviously be a thing in the Islamic community. It's indicative of how that culture works.
While it would manipulate some votes and shouldn't be allowed (and I have no doubt it was) I doubt any of those manipulated votes would have been voting Reform.
It's just another attack on who we are.

It did seem like a strange choice, although I don't think the candidate would have made much difference. It was all dark arts with an irreconcilable result.

These are advocates and/or supporters of Islamic fundamentalism and (believe it or not) our views on them are probably closer than you think. But...If this isn't a wake up call about the threat of Islamism then nothing will be.

Only 6.5% of the country are Muslim. That might be a little higher come election time. This result is the exception more that the rule. Nonetheless, it does show that people on the left will vote to stop the right rather than for their traditional party.Didn't last night

Not obvious at all. The current youthful generation has shown a distinct tendency to move away from block familial voting.Family voting will obviously be a thing in the Islamic community. It's indicative of how that culture works.

2 points. How are they more left wing? I think SWP are anti Nato? But that's also a right wing position with many in the modern day (well, more skeptic Nato than anti). Other than that I can't really know of any differences and I can't be bothered to research it.
