Guessand

we wanted him in the summer but villa beat us to his signature.
If you go back and read the Guessand thread, he got pelters from many on here declaring Villa had done us a massive favour.

To be fair to the Villa fans they thought he was being played out of position for them.

I'm really not sure about Guessand. He shows flashes and has of course scored a couple of goals now, so I would start him ahead of Pino or Johnson, but he's also a bit erratic in his decision making and use of the ball. I'm not sure he works all that hard, either.

I will be interested to see if he can kick on in league games against stronger players. I wouldn't be rushing to sign him permanently just yet.

PIno has played way more minutes tbf
Personally I like them both
I’d like to see a 4-4-2 with the middle 4 being Pino, Hughes, Wharton, Sarr with Guessand and Strand Larsen up top.

Or a 4-3-3 with the midfield 3 of Kamada, Hughes, Wharton and Guessand, Strand Larsen and Sarr up top.

I think these formations would better suit Pino and Kamada than playing in a 2 midfield or as 10s.

First time in absolutely years and years I’ve posted on here but that 442 formation turned me on a little! Id love to see that. Just not sure who I’d like to see partner lacroix. Would need to be Richard’s I guess, and having both Riad and Canvot as backup isn’t too shabby

Yes, I think Pino's hasn't quite got to grips with Glasnerball
