I have known people I regarded as friends until their political views became so out of line with mine that we drifted apart socially. No prejudice involved at all. Just divergent paths.
It’s not “normal” to hold a prejudice against those who are different to you. I have two transgender grandchildren. They are both hard working students, the elder now on a PhD course. Both are kind and gentle. I know the love and care that has been shown to them as they came to terms with themselves and a hostile world. Nobody encouraged them in any way at all. Quite the opposite in fact. They were though supported by people with a great deal more compassion and understanding than you, and others, display towards people in their circumstances. All you display is ignorance.
