Got a notification yesterday from the Palace app about a club survey, those who fill it out before the 25th will go into a prize draw for Mostar tickets.

I just now tried to fill it out and it’s asking for my “Client Reference Number”. What is that and how do I find it?

It's your membership number. It's on your card. Or season ticket. I put my membership into my phone wallet so got it there. It will also be on the app under something like your details/ account. If you have none of these you won't have one.

Cheers ASCPFC. Ex Dubai helped me already, I’ve filled it in now.

Never knew there was such a thing as a “client reference number” but I can see now it’s on the membership card and also on all tickets.

I found it on the top-right of the club website earlier through Ex Dubai’s advice.
