Loaned-Out Players

True. Thought I’d think it is a standard clause in loan agreements
Imray was hurt for a large period of his loan spell. He needs to get game time. He has massive potential, but needs game time.

Also, cutting loans short, unless there's a real need, is bad form. We weren't thrilled when Chalobah was recalled last year by Chelsea.

I agree. I just think the fact he needs game time and to develop more tells us he’s not ready to be part of the first team squad as some people are calling for. Has potential but probably has a relatively short window now (12 to 18 months) if he is going to realise it with us.

Rumour that JRS is being recalled from Rizespor in Turkey, with the view of selling him.

Good, we should’ve sold him to Southampton when they wanted him and were trying to find a replacement for Tyler Dibbling just seven months ago. They’d reportedly made a number of bids and we turned down £10M for him allegedly! 😳

Rumour Swansea have/are putting a 'bid' for JRS. Guess Wardy knows things

I thought wonder how Tayo is getting on?

Now a regular at Leyton Orient, 18 games this season.

No mention of him in the report on loans at the CPFC site.

A little digging and I found out why.

He is on his way back to us.........

😉 😉

Danny Imray has had his loan to Blackpool terminated by Palace & is training with the club. Now, is he going to be used as a RWB/cover in the 1st team squad?

Interesting.
I can only see two reasons for why he's been recalled,
1) he's going to be used in the first team squad
2) he's off to another club.

From the limited amount I've seen of Imray I've been quite impressed.
Very attack minded, decent pace and good delivery from the right.
The main downside is the lack of experience at Premier League level, but the only way to find out if they can cut it at the level is to try them (think AWB,Mitchell).

We're desperately short at right back, so what an opportunity for Danny. In theory, the setup is made for his abilities, so hopefully he grabs the opportunity, as he comes across as a lovely lad. In reality, can he be much worse than Devenny or Sosa at RWB?

Blackpool Forum look very disappointed he's gone, Regarded him as their best player, with one noting he 'often carried the team, especially in attack'.

I really hope we get to see what he can do whilst Munoz is still out.

But I have to agree with them - recalling him the day before a game is pretty bad form. Could it have waited til Sunday - he's hardly going to play vs Sunderland, is he?
