Jesse Linguard

He can be bought presumably?

I would imagine the rules allow for the transfer of his players registration (on the understanding that he cant play for 3 different clubs in the same league in the same season) I would love to have him at Palace, but I cant imagine Harvey Elliot wanting to go to another club that cant play him, which effectively writes off the remainder of his season & I doubt we are in a position to pay what he would cost (+ wages) for someone we couldn't use until next season when the focus at the moment is to strengthen current match day resources - are we ?

If he goes to the MLS, then he plays regularly without dramatically increasing his price tag, maybe we could pick him up in the summer, (or get the paperwork done in advance so he joins at pre season) but for sure there will be considerable interest in him becoming available as the months pass.

This is a restrictive work practice, I'm amazed UEFA haven't been sued. But then again I think the whole transfer window is against freedom of movement.

If you have a willing player and willing clubs have at it I say.
If the Summer transfer window closed b4 the season started it would reduce the possibility of the rule being required / implemented.

Most people can move their job any time subject to giving notice. Not sure why footballers should be different. If a player wants to move multiple times in a season then why not, although I wouldn't recommend it.

He is one big greedy prick! There’s a video interview of him on various social media sites where he’s talking about joining Forest and not West Ham after his loan there.

He’s an absolute tool and I am sure we will steer well clear of him.
He was on a Netflix documentary explaining how the night before he'd cooked his own tea for the first time ever. He'd put a cup of baked beans in the microwave.
