Epping Migrant Rapist

Works for me.

Consider the 14 year old girl. That is the paramount consideration.
A shame they didn't do that before they let a prick like him and the others like him set foot on our shores.

It’s interesting how this case is not being mentioned as a racist attack, seeing as the perpetrator and the victim are likely different ethnicities. Compare this to the West Midlands police who are searching for a white man in his 30s who sexually assaulted an (assumed) woman of a different ethnicity, as they are recording it as a racist attack…

Not just prison staff not doing their job properly…

A Border Force officer has been charged with conspiring to import class A drugs after 25kg of heroin was found in a suitcase.

Syed Shah, 39, of Hodge Hill, was arrested at Birmingham Airport on 24 October and will appear at a court in the city today.

The National Crime Agency said the drugs were in a case belonging to Zahida Perveen, 67, from Manchester, who had just arrived on a flight from Pakistan.

Perveen has also been charged with conspiracy to import class A drugs, as has a third person - Shahid Butt, 52, from Saltley in Birmingham.

Butt and Shah are also facing money laundering charges.

Epping man was not a rape whatever the title says,West Midland man commited a rape.So we are somewhat comparing Chalk with Cheese

I would have thought that by being caught BF had done their job properly

Slightly pedantic of you, so I’ll refer you to the numerous Pakistani rape gangs who raped vulnerable white girls; no mention of racism in those cases as far as I am aware.

The police catch some people speeding; that doesn’t mean that they catch everyone who speeds. As Border Force is the front line of our security it is worrying that this has happened. Particularly as the same ethnicity appears to be involved; tip of the iceberg?

the Epping immigrant was sentenced to 12 months for lets face it a pretty minor sex offence - definitely not rape.

Yes, it is a disgrace he was mistakenly released, but shockingly supposedly over 200 errors are made each year.

This is not a labour issue, it is clearly due to years of underfunding the prison service. These things cannot be fixed over night

You will struggle to find an area of public life that is not grossly under resourced and with civil service morale in the toilet. Errors existed before due to bloated institutionalism. Now they exist as there are too few staff, too few resources, and embedded fatalism.

Down to the Governor in my book.

Not the volume of staff, it’s how they are utilised.

A Border Force Officer was involved, do you know how many there are nationally? Of course drugs get into the country, no country can stop it all.
When I worked with BF at Gatwick, an Officer was arrested and jailed for a lengthy time, for doing exactly the same as this case. He was of Caribbean ethnicity and was arranging to be on duty when the “mule” was arriving from the Caribbean. These investigations take time, so you cannot put the blame on BF, as I said they did their job

Not as serious as rape admittedly but try telling the girl and her family it was a pretty minor offence

To a certain extent but most departments are understaffed. I think the public will be gobsmacked as to how poorly paid Prison staff are, no wonder they seem to be recruiting staff unsuitable for the role
