Has Anyone Actually Bought Anything from TEMU?

No doubt Temu is cheap. Is it good quality can't comment.

But maybe before you buy from them do a little online research to satisfy yourself of their ethical practices. If you are ok with what you find then. Good luck

Does my memory serve me correctly that some fella came on this very forum once whinging about the number of adverts for s*x toys on here before someone pointed out that the ads were based on his browsing history?

He wasn't even larking about, he was complaining that this website was a hive of debauchery.
 
Funny how this thread I started about cheapskate TEMU has evolved into a discussion about folk's unfortunate experiences whilst indulging in sexual activities. Come on.

I bought a laptop stand. It was maybe 8 euro, maybe 10. After a while a stool came. I went crazy to customer service who refunded me.
I'd forgotten all about it when a laptop stand arrived. Presented quite nicely. Basically plastic but with a cloth case. It hasn't broken although I barely ever use it. Never really.
The stool was a free gift which I didn't know about.
It's a bit crazy just sending a stool. I'm not sure they care about money. I reckon they just have a million tonnes of s*** to get rid of.
I think I bought shoes and a hoody then. Both of which were extremely low quality but were more or less free. Like 11 euro for both. But they weren't even worth that. The hoody is intact but so thin it's nearly see through. The shoes just got wet and broke.
