Goes on at all levels throughout business, one of the perks of the job. It just happens the higher up the ladder one gets the bigger the prize.

When I was in construction 40 odd years ago the buyer for a big house builder we supplied expected a reward for every order he placed. I know for a fact he received a new car from one company and a new kitchen from another.
